Chatbot (iLuma)
- When you use our AI-powered chatbot, “iLuma,” we may process the text you enter in order to generate a response.
- We do not require you to create an account to use the chatbot, and we do not link chatbot interactions to your identity.
- Inputs you provide to the chatbot are processed in real time to generate responses. Conversation history and chatbot outputs may be retained for up to 12 months for the limited purposes of analyzing service quality and improving the performance of the chatbot. These records are not shared with third parties and are used exclusively within our company. All records are stored anonymously and are not linked to individual users.
- You should not share any sensitive or personal information (such as financial, health, or identification details) with iLuma. The chatbot is intended only as a study and learning support tool.

We sell our mobile application and any associated in-app features through the Apple AppStore and Google Play Market. Your transaction is with Apple or Google, not with us. We receive no information about your purchase or you.

Retention of Your Personal Data
We do not collect, store, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data except for the information mentioned above that we need in order to provide you the Service and customer support.
Individual settings relating to the service are not personal and are stored only on your device. We do not collect, store that information at all and have no access to it.
We do not store account settings and study results, so you might lose them in case you delete the application from your device.
The information is only stored on your device or your cloud service.
